I used them a while back to sell my Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare. I was extremely skeptical at first because once Matt Jacobs found the Buyer and got him locked into the sale I had to put up some money for closing costs. Luckily the sale went through in about 45 days and I received all the fees I paid them to close the deal and get it out of my name finally. Thank you Matt Jacobs and Granite Financial for selling my Timeshare. Matt was even able to get the money back that I paid the listing company where he found my unit for sale. Thanks again..
Awesome company but their number is wrong, its 281 881 9837 . Granite Financial llc was able to find me the vacation home of my dreams. Everything they said was in writing and my sale closed in just over 100 days.
Awesome company !!!! Matt Jacobs was my Account Manager and we did an amazing job getting my unit sold. It closed within 90 days just like he said, and at the end of the day the Buyer paid all closing costs. I would recommend Granite Financial LLC to anyone looking to sell a timeshare. We signed with them (HBI GROUP) in January 17, 2014.We also put a $2500 consultant fee down with the understanding that they WOULD GET US IN A HOME.No questions asked this was a fact we would have a home. with the minimum of $5000 down. After 5 months we found a home with the guidelines. It took them a month to start doing anything.By 6/11 my Realtor was calling me to get a hold of Flavio because he would no longer answer her or the title companies calls. They also switched buyers names 4xs in a matter of one week! We were forced to do 3 extensions. Flavio also told my Realtor she was not to be telling me of the issues that were holding the process up.Finally the TITLE COMPANY terminated the contract because they believed it was FRAUDULENT! Also there were 3 occasions we had drove to the home to check on it, not one time was it locked! We also told Flavio & Berry every time we drove out, (it was unlocked for 60 days that we know of) they said it cannot be locked, even though I locked it every time. The last time someone had stolen the restroom vanity!At one point Berry even told me we had closed on the home, and to begin turning on the utilities!(at this point they tried ya blame my Realtor for the termination of the contract, and said they would only pay the second appraisal if we didn't use her) (we still did) We tried looking at a second home where they were supposed to pay for the appraisal, their guy didn't even step foot in the home before saying it didn't match the guidelines. The person whom was assisting us with the find of the home this time Tyllin and her assistant Vivian gave us the Analogy of I can't promise you anything, I can promise to go to a meeting and get KILLED ON THE WAY, there are NO guarantees in life! They also said the way the funding for the property goes is the contractor does not get paid for ANYTHING until 100% of the work is finished. Forcing us to use their guys (who charged an arm and a leg).Later he let it slip they pay in increments of $5000. I told him this is not what you told us and he denied it. What a great representation of your company. At this point they have stopped answering our calls and emails.Originally they were name IBF income based funding, they received an F with the BBB.they later changed their name.They told us 3weeks ago they wanted us to go up there to speak to Berry about a refund for the $2500 and never called back and are not answering their phones.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!I GET ROBED TOO!I SAW THE AD ABOUT FRAUD ALERT OF HBII CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO GET A HOME LOAN ABOUT 3 MONTH AGO, I PUT $3500.00 FOR A SUPPOSED 5K DOWN PROGRAM, WE STARTED SEARCHING FOR A PROPERTY OF THEIR CRITERIA, BUT THEY NEVER ACCEPT ANY OF THE PROPERTIES THAT WE SEARCHED, THEY JUST SAID EXCUSES, EVENTUALLY WE GET TIRED OF THEIR GAME AND ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK, BUT NOW THEY JUST REFUSE TO REFUND OUR MONEY.BEWARE OF THOSE THIEF HBI GROUP!
