WARNING DO NOT MOVE HEAR... DISREPUTABLE PLACE...

Today is October the 7th 2014, please don't come to live here, they last 6 months or more to fix things, they lasted 6 months to fix a water leakage in the bathtub and lights in one room, I have been close to one month now without hot water and got tired of report it, I am heating water in a big pot with the stove to take showers every morning, I got this answer 4 days in a row: "I AM SENDING THE GUY TO FIX IT NOW, IF HE DOESN'T SHOW UP TODAY, IT WILL DO IT TOMORROW", I am not calling no more because is equal to waste my time, and I know they will fix it in 6 months (I am going away at the end of this month) I know for sure they will fix it as soon as I am gone, to rent it to the next victim, I mean, to the next renter. The AC started not cooling since about 5 days, I am not reporting it either because (you know) applies the 6 months rule, while I am moving out in 20 days from today, my contract expired this last month but they made me stay one more month out of contract because I didn't let them know in writing 60 days before, by the way they took advantage and charged me extra $118.75 over my regular rent, I was paying $838.25, this month I got their bill for $957.00, they said that it was for water, trash and $50 fee for being month by month (the water & trash were included in the $838.25) but they took advantage that in am no more in contract.

I reported more than one month ago that it was like raining inside of my apartment close to washer & dryer area, (maybe a leakage from upstairs peoples) and that the ceiling and walls close to the raining area were rotten and a big hole on wall on top of bathtub, nobody showed up yet to check nor fix nothing. I wish I could post pics here, I have a bunch of them that will describe better than my words everything. I hope they won’t steal my deposit blaming me for all of the mess this apartment has.

Do not live there! It may be cheap but it's not worth it! There have been three useless managers in my less than one year here. My car has been broken in to and this morning two of my tires were slashed. When I moved in it took two weeks to get an air conditioner unit (it was missing when i moved in). There were a total of 15 things wrong with the apartment in my walk through. They do not respond to needed repairs in less than a week. They do not care about the safety of the residents. It is filled with drug dealers. Everybody that works there is rude and ghetto. There are roaches no matter how much you have them exterminate.
