If you're in need of a repair, go anywhere but here. My car situation was bad, and they only made it worse. My experiences with this shop have caused me to believe they are overpriced, dishonest, and deceptive. Beware.
One example: halfway through a repair, a call was received that the cost was going to be an addition $2000. It wasn't a request for authorization, it was a notification. Six months later, this repair failed and they refused to honor the warranty.
Another thing to note is what was presented as an information form was used against me as a work order form, although it had no repairs or services listed.
Whenever you take your vehicle anywhere, maybe consider getting a second opinion before they begin repairs. And if they perform repairs, maybe take it somewhere else to verify the work. Also, consider taking pictures of your vehicle's condition before and after any repairs, especially under the hood. And get all replaced parts returned to you.
