Robert LaPlant went the extra mile to get my survey to me in a timely manner.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. I ordered a survey from Robert LaPlant and it has been three weeks and I still have not received the survey. I have left him message after message. The title company has tried to contact him. He is not responding. Please do not use this person unless you like disappointment. I have been in this business for 20 years and I have never seen anything like it. beware, this person is a fraud. As you well know, you need the survey to complete the appraisal. We are having to order a new survey because we cannot get Robert LaPlant to produce the survey he promised. SMH. I will never order a survey from this person again. He is also losing business from title companies. Uses this person at your own risk.

This guy is a joke! He doesn't return calls or emails. He doesn't keep his word. He caused a big delay in the closing of our constructon loan and pretty much would not communicate with us or the title company at all. A complete joke of a businessman! We hired another surveyor. Do yourself a favor and don't use Laplant!!!!!

This company is ridiculous! Don't waste your time! Robert is the sleeziest dbag that I have ever met in my life! He is a liar, unreliable and unprofessional! I strongly recommended that you hire another company, even if it costs a little more money.

I called robert to have a boundary servey done he said he would do it asap. A couple of days went by i never heard from him so i called him twice n both times he sd he would have it done the next day.. Well that didnt happen.. He called me 4 days later n sd he had the survey done n i gave him my email address and my mailing address. Its been two weeks i havent yet received anything. Ive called him a million times left msgs and no answer. He is unproffesional i dont recommend laplant surveyors!! What a waste of time!!

I called La Plant Surveyors for an elevation certificate. I mention I was building a house and I need an elevation certificate to see how much I will need to raise my home. I gave the detail of the empty lot. I mention I have two lots one with an existing home and the other is the empty lot I will be building. I gave them the location and description. When I receive the elevation certificate I saw the elevation certificate was done on the exciting home. I called Mr. R LaPlant and ask him to fix the certificate. He said I will correct it. I waited and waited and as of this date he won’t answer or return my messages. I wasted $400.00 on this unprofessional surveyor
