I went their today to replace my front windshield , they replaced it with another one that was cracked and damaged. The person in charged said you could hardly see it and wouldn't replace it, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go their because you are buying another cracked windshield.

My name is Irene. I live in Richmond, Texas. I needed a back glass in my vehicle and I called Safelite Advantage and got a quote. The next day I called to make an appointment and they told me they would not honor my quote, someone had given me a wrong price. I argued that wasn't my problem.I immediately found Allstar Glass on internet and called them and spoke to Stan, the scheduler. He made me an appointment the next day and the installers even came to my home. Safelite would have charged additional for coming to my home.The next morning at the exact time Allstar made my appointment, Mike and Richard, the installer's, showed up. It took them less than 30 minutes and they were most professional and polite.I will never use anyone else for any of my glass needs but Allstar Glass at 5138 Hwy 6N, Houston.You can count on Stan, Mike, and Richard to follow up to make sure you are completely satisfied with their work.They are first class and I highly recommend them for any glass needs you may have.
I can’t give zero stars or I would.I have replaced windshields many many times and have NEVER had these issues. They came to my work, which was convenient and gave me a competitive price but BEWARE. After installation there is glass and black glue all over the inside of my vehicle and gaps and over laps of the seals around my windshield. I contact them and they say they will be out at 8am tomorrow to fix it. at 1:30pm when they show up and tech blames every single thing on the "last guy", aside from being immature, this is YOUR work now. Anyway I have to rush now and don’t notice until I get home that there is still gaps in the seals all the way around. Under the hood there is a seal bolt completely gone on one said and cracked on the other side. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, unless you like shotty work and headaches.
Took my vehicle to have a new windshield put in after leaving I discovered that my ashtray had been cleaned out I had approximately $25 in bills and change also they left a vibration rubber off that prevents my rearview mirror from vibrating I would not recommend this to my friends unless you just want a windshield and and don't care about the service
They were $50 cheaper than 4 other companies I called and they actually came out to my job to fix my windshield.
Needed to get my front windshield replaced ASAP and he was the only one who could come out on a Saturday. Spoke to a guy named Vince on the phone. He gave me a quote and sent a guy out. They came in a van and took out all their tools. The whole job took 30 mins. They left some tape on my windshield and told me to keep it on their for 24 hrs until the glue dries. Good company, glad I called them.
