Thank you Kenny for taking care of it.
BUYERS BEWARE! I put a $200 Deposit down on a Class 3 item from one of John Kleiber’s businesses in December 2015 (Class 3 Weapons). It’s now over a year later, and they still do not have what I ordered. I couldn’t even submit the NFA paperwork because of they couldn’t provide a serial number. I’ve heard several excuses from them including the item was backordered from the manufacturer or they were sold out. That’s understandable, but when numerous other reputable dealers have no problems ordering the item, it doesn’t make any sense. They’re now ignoring my emails all together. I’ve since went through another gun shop, and am already halfway through the NFA waiting process. Stay clear of Class 3 Weapons. They’re super friendly, and eager to take your money, but are nothing more than thieves when they take your money and are unable to provide a product.
Worst experience I have had at an indoor range. The service sucks. They need better staff. The range environment is shabby.Air quality and temperature is terrible.
Not even one star should be given, but I had to give something. They have horrible return policy. If you purchase something for yourself or someone else and you or that person does not want the item, BE AWARE that they will under no circumstances give you a refund. I have a pair of their overpriced earrings that my husband purchased that I want to return after only five days of having them, I have not even tried them on and they absolutely UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will not take them back because it is their policy. Well that policy just lost them a few customers. After some research, I found that Zales and Gordons have the same earrings for $250 less than Shaw's. If you are in the market for jewelry go somewhere other than here. Somewhere that actually has a money back refund policy if you are not satisfied with the item and want to look around elsewhere. Just shameful Shaw's, especially when spending this type of money. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME ON YOU!
I prefer the one on one when i come into a store. Jobe always takes the time to talk to me. The big box stores often times have little drones working that cannot really answer questions.
CUSTOMER HARASSMENT AT BAILEY’S HOUSE OF GUNS - I give it a zero rating !I got harassed by a woman while I was snapping a few pictures of the peacocks at the range. I was told that the property owners do not mind people photographing these birds that run free on the range. But today a woman who appeared to be a girlfriend of one of the store clerks told me to stay away from HER (?) property and HER (?) house. My husband often comes here and spends quite a bit of money. He bought $400 worth of merchandize today. But, since we are not welcome there any more, it was our LAST visit to the Baileys’ House of Guns.
Today was the first time my family and I had ever been to a gun range. We are all beginners. Erik was very helpful with training us and thorough with explaining and answering our questions. We will definitely be back !
It was my first time going to a shooting range I had a great experience with Eric. thank you for showing me and my family how to shoot and gun basics. we definitely will be returning thank you!
I've used Shaw numerous times. Very professional & quick turn around times on diamond mounts & watch repairs!!
I wanted to buy a buy a Rolex so I walked in and took a tour looking at everything in the store. I was there for about 20 minutes just looking and not one person came to ask me if I needed help. If you want to spend thousands of dollars I suggest you go else where. Or if you like chasing people for help then this is the place for you.
