        Overall

        Frankly, the one star is for the graphic designer. The owner, Pat, has no clue what customer service is and seems not to care. I contracted with them for a mail piece. Was never told when it went out; never received a hard copy of the actual piece; and we never got a single call from it making me suspicious if it indeed ever went out. Would not recommend these guys since there are plenty of other printers out there.
