Phoenix Family Counseling and Play Therapy

I only got as far as the receptionist, and I wanted to hang up on her in the first 60 seconds. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical/ office. I can't even describe in words what it was like. It was awful, she sounded as if she was reading from a script, I felt I was doing a survey not making a counseling appt. She was so unprofessional and sounded like she was 15 years old! Repeated herself so many times I wanted to scream! NOT the person you want answering your business calls for a counseling profession.
I felt I needed to get help after speaking to her. I mean seriously my husband had to tell me to relax, and he could hear her on speaker! He even said that was insane! This should have been a simple setting up an appointment where it turned into a rediculously insane survey/questionare.
Owner of practice, go back to the drawing board on how you train your receptionist to answer and return phone calls!
