Craig's Small Engine & Repair

I brought my torpedo heater in for a time up. They assured me they have the knowledge about these heaters and would tune up and check settings and get it running properly again. I was told it would be about a week and a half. After two weeks went by I had not heard from them, so I called to check the status. I was was told it needed a new nozzle, and they were waiting on the part. After another two + weeks went by, and no word about my heater, I decided to go pick it up. Now I am not stupid and am mechanical inclined, and know parts are only one day away. My son and I went to pick up the heater. When we got there the owner was on the phone, so I walked into the shop area and grabbed my heater and proceeded to the door. By now he was off the phone and asked what I was doing. I told him he had this over a month and I need it back. My son spoke up and said he needed it weeks ago. Owner pointed to a sign on the door and got very rude and belijerant and demanded him to get out that he was not dealing with him and that I was the customer. I asked him how much I owed him a paid $35.00 labor for the four screws he took off the cover. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have never posted a review before, but this place really needs to be known about. If I could get a -5 stars I would. Beware! By the way my son ordered the part on our ride home and will have it delivered tomorrow.
