The biggest bunch of clowns I have ever crossed paths with in my 35 years in the trucking business. I took my motorhome to them back in March for general service and a few repairs. After promising to have it done in one week (turned into six) we picked it up only to find out some of the repairs had not been made. Took it back the next morning telling them it had a scheduled trip to make, they kept it another four days and then called to say they could not find out what was wrong or make the repairs. This is after I paid in full their 9500.00 bill that they offered no refund on! Billed me for fifteen hours (over 3000.00) for generator repairs and it still did not run! Brought the coach back and called CK Power Service and it took the tech all of forty-five minutes to troubleshoot and repair. These people are straight up crooks and should be banished from the business world!
