Would not recommend this place, Customer Service is horrible! They have a number of issues going on here I took my son with A.D.D and they told me that I needed to take him to Metero Care they aren't Good with dealing with children that have this issue. Next is the billing I just received a invoice from Aug stating a co-pay of $20.00 for a sick visit when it was for shots which is cover at 100% with my insurance. Can we say money hungry which is a joke seeing how I had to put a flag on my credit because their systems were hack . So all my information of mine and my children are out there .DO NOT give them your personal information. Which brings me to my next issue I have shown up for a appointment took my PTO day for my kids visit to hear them say I was not put down ,than later to find out the systems were wiped out so they could not call me , but yet they can contact me for a $20.00 co-pay from Aug which they forgot to charge me supposedly for my son's A.D.D medicine which is concern a sick visit. When I confronted Kristi the office Manager she was quick to tell me if I did not pay it she would put it on my credit report. This is what you will be getting into, Hopefully I save some people from the head ache of dealing with such a unprofessional, unorganized business that will Never Get my business again. I work in a office near the office by Mayfield Road and will make sure to tell all my residents and friends about this business. I'm one Big on the truth being known! Which Thank Dr.Ruth Bernardez Tann for returning my phone call on all this which once again Great Customer Service skills.

Worse customer service! I am beyond dissatisfied if I could give a negative one I would! Do not come here. The front end receptionist have horrible attitudes over the phone... They try to place you on hold all the time or transfer you to a number where no one will answer.

They did not properly fill out a lab form so I called for it to be faxed since I was at the collection site. These people did not fax it! I showed up to the clinic, the supervisor did not come out to speak to me. All it needed was a box checked off. I waited over an hour for a fax that was never sent and wasted gas over an unmarked box! Are you freaking kidding me... The day before both nurses stated different things when making the collection. They don't know how to fill out or give instructions.

It does not end there. After dropping off the second bottle at a different location across town, I received a call. The lady tells me I turned in the incorrect bottle. That the clinic gave me the wrong one. So I had to go back to the collection lab and pick up a new bottle, no thanks to Rainbow. I called to complain, and it was "noted." I was also told that the collection lab was at fault too for not checking prior to taking in the bottle. Really??

If you care about how your service is do not come here! They do not care about your time.

Love this clinic! I've been taking my kids here for about 10yrs and I'm always very pleased with the service. Dr. Tan and the staff are always very friendly and sweet.

Convenient Location! I have been a pt for 2 yrs know seen PA Pena real pleased with how detailed she is and addressing all of my concerns, love the early morning hrs and Saturday appts for when my schedule is too busy, definitely recommend accept mainly all insurances and are able to get seen the same day!! One very satisfied patient :)

I am pleased to say that I am very happy with this clinic. Not only is the staff helpful but the hours are so convenient. Being able to have my daughter seen early in the morning before I go to work and drop her off at the sitter has been perfect for me. No need to leave early to go to an appointment I have taken care of it in the morning and I go on with my day. Two thumbs up (helpful staff & friendly doctors)!!

I was referred to this clinic by a friend of mine after moving into the DFW area. So far, I have had a good experience. I have seen Dr, Tan and Quanica. They have a special way with children, which I absolutely loved since I have a 2 year old that is not very good with shots and Dr. visits, I will definitely be returning.

I am new to the area, I was in need of a new pediatrician for my boys. I am very pleased to say my boys were worked in the same day.

Staff was friendly & Dr. Tan was sweet & very soft spoken........
