        Overall

        Terrible Customer Service. I waited over 30 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Representative and when he finished speaking with another customer, he went to break. I have been a customer for over 30 years. Kathryn, a Manager needs to work on her people skills. She really likes her power. I am closing my accounts.
