I just wanted to let you know what a great guy you all have on your staff at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen... I went online to inquire about a Beetle not really knowing exactly what I wanted. Scott answered right away and I believe followed with a phone call. We talked and just with him inquiring he knew what exactly would fit what I was describing to him. I think that it was so pleasurable because of Scott Pittenger. In my 62 years I have bought a lot of cars and I never look forward to it. But I do not think that I have ever had such a good car buying experience from any other car dealer. I think Scott is one of the most professional salesmen I have known. He knows his product, he sets the customer at ease and answers every question I had about the car and the deal. Never one did I feel like I was dealing with the typical pushy, say anything car salesman. All through the car buying experience he was very straight forward and instilled a feeling of honesty and confidence in me that seems to be lacking at other dealerships. I know you have been very proud of Scott through the years that he has been at your company. He deserves a lot of credit.
