Loan Depot.com Lending

LoanDepot is by far the worst Mortgage / Financial Service company I have ever did business with. If you don't mind being lied to and being talk down to, then do business with them. They told me I was approved for a loan. All I needed was to get the appraisal. it cost me over $400. Then I was told I had to refill my swimming pool in the middle of a drought. So I did, which was at an extremely high cost and put me into the highest tier level with the DWP. Over $900 to fill it. I should have known better by reading other people reviews about LoanDepot. But my loan agent baited me and started his arrogant attitude. I sub-come to his pressure and I felt I had come to far to quit. After I got the appraisal and filled the 30,000 gallon swimming pool, I found out that they needed all my documents again. Then they rejected my loan application over a tax issue. I must have talk with over 4 different loan agents for over 3 mos. during the process. They had all my documents, including my tax information from day one. They had my taxes from the very beginning. So if you see advertise by LoanDepot "no appraisal fees or no out of pocket cost." DO NOT Believe it. Deal with them at your own risk. And don't say no one warned you.
