        Dr. Wai Ping Chan is a trusted and reputable dermatologist caring for the Flushing, NY community. Dr. Chan obtained her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Long Beach Medical Center and residency in advanced desert dermatology at Midwestern University. She also completed her internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Plainview Hospital. Dr. Chan is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. She speaks English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Chinese (Cantonese), which makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Chan is dedicated to helping patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.         Dr. Chan was so helpful and a good listener.

        Dr. Chan was amazing! She checked my skin thoroughly and was very understanding of my issues. She explained the usage of the medications very well. I feel more confident about the future of my skin. Her office was so clean and the staff very kind. Great experience!
