Dont go there, you will understand what i mean when you need someone to call 911 when you are having a medical crisis at 3am . rudeness doesnt even begin to touch what you will experience. Lack of compasion seems to be their main theme. Troy doesnt give a darn about his position in helping out his fellow man. The main b..?tch is more concerned with you putting money in her pocket to pay for her personal vehicle. Let me add just one more comment abt the store functionality. I hope im not around the next time someone decides to make an early withdrawal. I woulnt lift a finger to help any of you out of a problem if one arose. Dittos with the same for eden policemen. Troy is very rude

The lady that was working seemed nice and helpful when the pump wouldn't give me gas. I went out and only put $7.50 in because the gas was close to $3.50 and I remember saying, "this car is only getting a little gas because I know I can get a better price down the road." I was running on fumes and desperate. anyway I am home today looking through my bank account and clearly seeing that I paid $26.00 for the gas from yesterday. I tried to call twice and it rang till it seemed like I got hung up on. That is why I am contacting the main Shell office. I hope to get something out of the time and effort I am spending.
