I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy for years and no problems. But let me name names here. Everyone in the pharmacy that I have met, talked to, or dealt with just this year have been very helpful and friendly except one pharmacist. Her name is Elaine Nystrom. She is rude and she really needs to be trained on her customer service skills and professionalism. She is in no way a doctor and she refused to fill my prescription because the script that I wanted filled was on the same script with another medication I had put on file and then transferred to wal-mart because of their $4 medications. She then advised me that if I took my med that I don't get filled there that I would not need my sleeping medication ambien. How dare her!!!!!!!!! She doesn't know anything about my health nor is she a medical doctor. She is merely a pharmacist. I am disgusted with the way she not only spoke to me but to my husband also. After she told me what I should be doing (what meds I need to take and what not to take) I asked her if I could have the original script back and take my business elsewhere. She said sure in a snotty voice and then hung up on me. I really hope that CVS's main office reads the reviews because this woman has overstepped her bounds and I will never do ANY business with CVS EVER again. I would advise anyone who is considering them as your pharmacy to keep looking. Wal-mart in Hillsborough is awesome and I have heard wonderful things about Rite-Aid and Walgreens!
