Jeff Hinkle is rude to clients and their spouses. They do not stand behind their product and if something goes wrong with thief hearing devices, they blame the patient, the company that manufactured the device, everyone but themselves. The front desk staff is very uncooperative and rude. I attempted several times to get my husbands records and was put off and lied to on several occasions. One time telling me the "doctor" has to approve that request. They ARE NOT doctors! Sadly enough, my husband must pay $3500 for a set of hearing aides he can't use and this office won't help in any way.
