I called Robinson Roofing was called this morning to ask for help with a roof leak that developed overnight. They took my information and told me they would get someone out to look at it. At 1:10PM, I called back to find out the status of the work order and the dispatcher told me that they would not send anyone out today because the roof was wet. I asked me how they could correctly locate the leak if they rain had stopped and he rudely told me that I should find another company - which I did. I run a construction company in the area and will not be using this firm on any jobs that I have.
