DeepTone has been my fitness hero for 7 years now. After only a few months of doing DeepTone as my one and only workout program I lost 25 pounds and reshaped my body. I appreciate the individual attention I receive from my instructors. The instructors are always willing to help with goal planning and nutritional counseling, and I feel completely supported. I’ve made many friends in class and it’s great to have a fun, high energy group of people to work out with. I've tried many other workout programs and methods before finding DeepTone, such as step aerobics, jazzercise, walking, etc. and none of them can compare to DeepTone when it comes to RESULTS and one-on-one attention from instructors. I feel like I have a personal trainer while at the same time being able to work out with my friends. I would recommend this program toall my family and friends. As a matter of fact, my mother-in-law has joined too, and loves it as much as I do.

When I met a friend of mine recently, it was obvious she had lost a lot of weight. She told me about DeepTone. I had never heard of it and am sooo glad she did!
I just finished the 6-week Beginner class at DeepTone. It is great! I've lost over 7 pounds already with visible results - my clothes fit better, my stomach is tightening, my strength and balance are returning.
The class was tough but enjoyable. They have two instructors, which is important as we learned correct form.
You can't beat the once-a-week schedule - very convenient.
I'm looking forward to continuing this program!

When a friend of mine told me about DeepTone a few years back, I couldn't believe a once a week workout would actually work. I was excited to hear more and couldn't wait to try it myself. I've been doing the DeepTone program now for over three years. I know many people who have been working out there for ten, even twenty years - obviously it works! I really don't enjoy working out, so the once a week workout is great for me! I have never been very athletic, for the first time in my life I have muscle definition. I have toned up, and I feel great.
