drive does courtesy call before leaving and left passenger behind. called customer service and they said it was my fault because there's a bathroom on the bus... and that's how they treat there greyhound road rewards members!!! so I got stuck sitting in the lobby of the motel the bus stops at in Cheyenne.... turning my 6 hr trip from Laramie Wyoming to Denver into a 16 hour trip.... 12 of sitting in a motels LOBBY wouldn't even comp to pay for a room! nor would they offer reimbursementbut hey you got WiFi on most bus' now.not that u can use it from the stop the driver leaves you at
THE WORST BUS SERVICE YOU COULD USE. I ADVISE EVERYONE TRAVELING ANYWHERE NOT TO USE THIS. GO TAKE A PLANE INSTEAD. THE BUS DRIVER GOT LOST AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW WERE HE WAS GOING. SO HE DELAYED US 3 HOURS. THEN THE BUS BRAKES DOWN AND DELAYS US ANOTHER HOUR OR SO. IF YOUR GOING TO DRIVE THE BUS ATLEAST KNOW WERE YOUR GOING ! I WILL SERIOUSLY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Well.. Here we go.Yesterday: Needed to buy two passes for my dad and sister. Online ticket purchasing service didn't work. Called customer support. Waited 20+ minutes. Spoke with woman with a tentative grasp of English. She encountered the same problem that I had and told me to call web-tech support. Web-tech support phone was down. Called customer service again. Waited 20+ minutes. Next representative told me I had to buy my tickets at the station. The website told me there was no station at the departure location and I could not buy tickets there. I told this to the representative and he insisted I could and hung up. Purchased the two (pricey) tickets at a local 7-Eleven.Today: My dad and sister arrived at the bus stop on time. The bus did not arrive. My sister spent 45 minutes trying to get in touch with customer support. Was informed that bus was running FOUR HOURS behind schedule and MIGHT NOT be there to pick them up today. Greyhound did not call or email anyone at the bus stop to let them know about the delays. My dad and sister have a friend making a four hour drive to pick them up and take them home. My sister spent another half-hour talking to customer service to demand a refund. Refunds can only be given at Greyhound Stations of which there are none in either their current location or their destination. I am about to head down to a station in my local area and try to get the refund for my family. Wish me luck...
Buses are terrible. Nothing works, cold uncofottable. Not on time. Denver doesn't answer phone and food area suppose to stay open until 10 closes at 9. Locks doors at 12. Had person urinating on bags. Dirty station and uncomfortable. Never go Greyound! Can I give them a ZERO!
