My first experience with Blissful Med spa was fine. I went in to try the bio-Te pellets on a friend's recommendation. The next time when I went for more pellets, I noticed the hallway floor to the treatment rooms (Belmar location) was extremely dirty. I was hesitant, but decided to try the pellet treatment again. I decided while I was there to have botox injected into the lines on my forehead. Everything went well and my pellets worked as well as they did the first time. In the meantime, eight months had passed and I felt it was time to have the bio-te pellets put in again. By this time, Blissful Med Spa had moved to a new location in Wheat Ridge. When I arrived at the new location, it seemed to be a very unprofessional space and there are no longer any employees. The treatment area and front counter are all in one front room. I was the only patient in there and when it was time for my procedure, the doctor had to lock the front doors to make sure no one could walk in while he was doing my procedure. I just felt very uneasy in this situation and it didn't seem professional at all and it even felt very sketchy or something just wasn't on the up and up. Again, after the pellets were inserted I asked the doctor again for botox in the same area I had it put last time. The doctor injected the botox, I paid my bill and was on my way. Approximately 4 days later, my husband kept asking me what was wrong with my eye. I just played it off and ignored him. Later that day I looked in the mirror and my right eye was drooping pretty bad. Over the next few days it got even worse and it even seemed that my left eye was bulging slightly. I called the doctor and explained what was happening and he said this is a reaction that sometimes happens, but there was nothing he could do to correct it. He told me I could come in and he could check me out, but again there was nothing he could do. He also said it would probably last from 7-10 days. Last week I went back to my previous doctors office where I normally get my botox injections just to see if there was as anything that could be done. They gave me the name of some eye drops that may help or may not, but they couldn't do anything to help my droopy eye either. It has now been 2 weeks since my botox injection and there is some improvement in my eyes, but not much. I guess I have learned my lesson and will trust my instincts next time. I will NEVER RETURN TO BLISSFUL MED SPA.

The rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Before writing reviews online, I have tried to contact their customer service and be able to talk to a manager. I was denied that right, I was told that everyone is in a meeting and when asked to be transferred to a voice mail, was told no one from their corporate has a voicemail. At this point I am just hoping I can get my money back since I purchased 8 lasers hair removals. I would not recommend this company not even to my worst enemy.
I highly recommend this place! The service is excellent. Whitney is always on time with you're appointments. The location is nice and close by. Whitney is also personal with you, which is nice. It doesn't seem like you are a nameless client but she actually remembers who you are each time she sees you.
Dr. Parker is awesome. She is an artist with her products. She has so much skill and a great eye for making one look great.
