In my last minute Search for the airport ride, I' ve sent a few emails to companies requesting On a Saturday. I received almost an immediate response from ZACK, the Founder. All my questions were quickly answered and I booked my reservation. I definitely found a hidden neat driver with a luxury Limousine! I used TAXI MAGIC EX to get from Castle Rock to DIA. I have to say it was the most enjoyable ride to an airport I have ever experienced.
I've used Elevated twice and they've been great. The cars are clean and well equipped for a comfortable ride. My flight arrived 15 minutes early last week at DIA and Ismael was waiting. Very professional and highly recommended.
I wish I could put negative stars on here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. chose another shuttle service!!! I was supposed to be picked up at 4am. A few minutes after 4 I attempted to call with no luck, so I left a message. At 4:25 still no shuttle so at this time I had no choice but to drive to the airport myself and find a place to park. I attempted to call them again and of course got no answer so I left another message. I was 2 minutes from missing my plane after all was said and done and that's after sprinting to get to my gate. My only luck was that I paid with PayPal and they refunded my money because this peice of garbage company never even called back to apologize for neglecting to send a shuttle and almost being responsible for me missing my plane.

I had the worst experience with this driving service! I wanted to make sure to tip the driver so I specifically asked if I should tip with cash or if I had the option to tip on my card. He told me to tip with cash so I borrowed $20 from my friend and gave it to the driver, since I was led to believe I did not have the option to tip on my card.The day we were scheduled to get a ride back to the airport I called them at least 10 times to confirm they were going to pick us up and let them know the updated pick-up location, NO ANSWER. I was searching online for different numbers to reach them and finally found the number for our assigned driver, who informed me he was incorrectly assigned. He proceeded to tell me that he was at a funeral and I needed to call the office. I quickly got off the phone even though I had called the office multiple times over several hours with NO ANSWER. This was after emailing them multiple times and sending them a facebook message with NO ANSWER. I just wanted to relax that morning and instead I was emailing, messaging and calling because I was unsure if they were going to pick us up. I finally got some guy on the phone and it was obvious he could care less that I was having a hard time with their driving service. Not once did he say sorry for me wasting my morning calling this “luxury” driving service to confirm the driver was going to pick us up. I would have let it go but then I noticed they charged my credit card 2 separate times amounting to $68.30, which was for the airport fees ($15), an “upgrade fee ($20) and additional tips ($33.30). I had already tipped the two drivers MUCH more than what they ended up charging me for tips. The upgrade fee makes no sense! I specifically told them via email that I did not want to upgrade, plus the upgrade fee was for 1 way but we had the same car both ways! That's when I started calling and emailing asking for a refund, NO ANSWER. A day or two later I finally get a guy on the phone and he said that there's was nothing they could do because it's in the "fine print". I can't find where it states that but either way, do that right thing people! The driver told me some BS and I feel ripped off. I was told the Manager would call me, NEVER HAPPENED. I called the next day and got in touch with the Manager and explained that not being refunded was unacceptable, he agreed to refund me and it NEVER HAPPENED. That conversation happened on Thursday and now it's Wednesday. I will continue to work with my bank to dispute this charge. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SERVICE!

I would not recommend this shuttle service. There is little to no communication from the company. They arrived late and did not call to inform me that this would be the case. Also, I was charged the incorrect amount and had to contact the company several times to get the charge adjusted. When I was able to actually speak to them on the phone, the phone representative was rude and refused to accept that they were in the wrong. More importantly, the ride was not comfortable and rather bumpy. The van was not suitable for a ride to mountains. If you are looking for a ride to mountains, please spend a little more money for a safer and more reliable service.
