Hess Concrete & Masonry

We used them in July 2013. They filled a sunken living room, and did a stamp/stain overlay in the hallway. The living room does look great, but the hallway started cracking within 3 months. It is now September 2014 (14 months) and I have text messaged them 50+ times and he says he is going to come look at it and see if he can fix, but still haven't seen anyone. Also when they were here they broke 2 things that were on the sconces that were on the wall. I wouldn't use them. I just thought about writing this because a friend asked on FB who to use and I told him this same story.
