San Salvaje By Stephan Pyles

We went for dinner before going to Fair Music Hall to see a play (Wicked, which excellent, by the way). What a unique treat! There were 4 of us, and waiter suggested that we each order one plate from each region (Spain, Meditteranean, India) and share. So we had 12 plates total + dessert (so 16 total). Each dish was better than the next. I am not the biggest Indian food fan, so I was delighted with the choices. Spain was by far my favorite but it was all delicious. Be sure to order the butter tandoori chicken and the calamair with black rice.



Stephan Pyle himself came out to meet us after our meal, so we felt really special!
