Holiday Inn Express & Suites on East Broad street is a wonderful place to stay! The front desk staff was very friendly. The check in process was very quick and smooth. The hotel room was really nice and very comfortable! Also very clean! The decor was very nice. I liked how updated and very modern everything felt. The room has USB plugins as well as standard sockets for charging devices. The room was also very quiet, very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was also provided and the signal was excellent! Much better than many hotels I've stayed in.The bathroom was very nice! So clean and I loved the sliding glass doors instead of shower curtains. Everything was very neat when I arrived. Well stocked and plenty of towels! I liked the location of the hotel. VERY close proximity to a variety of restaurants, yet without that busy city feeling. Easy to find, parking was plentiful. Location also provides easy access to the highway, 270N/S if you're traveling around Columbus to other locations.Complimentary breakfast is provided and it was delicious! There was a complete range of options from on the go choices as well as warm food options. The eggs and turkey sausage were great! The breakfast room has plentiful seating, the staff was very helpful and kind.I really enjoyed my stay with Holiday Inn Express & Suites on E Broad Street! I had an overall great experience and appreciated the smooth check out process! If I am ever in need of a room for Columbus again, I would most certainly stay here again!

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Columbus (Worthington) is a phenomenal place to stay! The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting. The check in process was very quick and smooth. The hotel room was just great. Very clean, the decor was very nice. I loved that there was a complete kitchen with up to date appliances. It honestly felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The fresh flowers on the table were nice to find as well. The room was very quiet, very comfortable. The pool looked so refreshing, though I sadly did not have a chance to enjoy it. I also really liked the location of the hotel. VERY close proximity to a variety of restaurants, yet without that busy city feeling. Easy to find, parking was plentiful. Complimentary breakfast is provided and it was delicious! There was a complete range of options from on the go choices as well as warm food options. The eggs and bacon were great! I really enjoyed my stay with TownePlace Suites by Marriott (Worthington) and appreciated the smooth check out process. If I am ever in need of a room for Columbus again, I plan to come back here!

From September 7-10 2017, I stayed as a guest at this hotel. I had a set of $350 Bose headphones stolen from my room during a houskeeping vist. Although the theft was bad enough, it was the treatment and disregard I recieved after reporting the theft. The front desk was notified and I was told to follow up with the housekeeping manager. I was also told that George Papas, the general manager would be in contact with me. I made a report with the Columbus police department at that time as well. For a week after, I had not recieved any follow-up communication from anyone at embassy suites, including Hilton Corporate customer relations. Ten different messages were left for Mr. Papas and his staff to please contact me about this issue. Upon contacting Hilton Customer relations for the third time, I was told that the issue had been resolved and that Mr. Papas spoke to me directly about this issue. This was false, Mr. Papas made no attempt to respond to me at all and another complaint was initiated. I also reached out to Mr. Papas through e-mail as a last resort, to which he finally did reply that they assumed no responsibility. These events show that a customer concern is not on the top of their list and should be taken into consideration before staying at this property. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area to stay at and it is unfortunate that Ebassy Suites/Hilton disregard their customers. I highly recommend another location.
If your looking for a cheep place to stay this is it. You have every thigh you need. But it's a dive. Staff is friendly.
Very comfortable stay
Air conditioning worked amazingly well. Low key, no noise. Convientent location to downtown and restaurants. Worth the money for a one night stay.
This hotel was a good choice for us for what we wIth what we were doing in Columbus and we were only there for one night. It was very quiet also.
