        They do not stand by what they...

        They do not stand by what they tell you. We paid $200 for a warranty that turned out to NOT cover the one thing we asked if it covered! We were never given the kit that contains the warranty and cleaner. We were forced to make numerous calls, because we never received the call backs we were promised. That is- until the last person basically told us that there was nothing they were willing to do except send us our kit almost 2 years into our 7 year warranty. Our couch is nice, but there customer service stinks!
