        DO NOT GO THERE TO RENT: HE IS NOT A FRIENDLY TYPE PERSON TO RENT OFF OF. IF YOU ARE TOLD THAT HE IS FRIENDLY AND WILL WORK WITH YOU JUST A LITTLE "FORGET IT". THE ONLY THING THAT HE IS CONCERNED ABOUT IS THAT ALMIGHTY DOLLAR, AND HE WILL WALK OVER PEOPLE TO GET IT. STAY AWAY. HE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A FULL STAR BUT NO WAY TO PUT IT ON AN 1/8TH
