        The chicken was terrible and my order was not correct - I was charged for food that I didn't get and when I asked for a refund of $0.45 I was told that they can't do that. I called and spoke to a regional manager and was told that I would receive a full refund and that I should have been refunded at the store. However a month later - no refund, not even the $0.45.
