Very rude and unhelpful. I ordered unsanded grout from Jessica Bruno. Ordering the grout was hard because she insisted I measure the room different than I had. The order arrived a week late and the amount of grout she insisted upon was clearly waaaay more than I needed. The container didn't say whether the grout was sanded or unsanded so I went ahead and applied it which resulted in my tile being scratched. After some research and rereading the packaging I discovered the grout had "color coated quartz". According to Lowes.com, which carries the same exact product, color coated quartz has the appearance of sanded grout and "If you are grouting sensitive surfaces such as glass, polished stone, metal, etc. we suggest performing a small test area first.". She knew I had glass tile because I brought a piece in to the store. I came into the store to return the grout. She was very defensive and argumentative. She claimed she doesn't trust what lowes.com says. Asked how much grout I used claiming the container looks not full. Demanded pictures of my scratched tile. Asked if the scratches were "just haze". I asked if we could just put some grout on this sample glass tile sitting on the counter to show her it scratches glass but she said she didn't have the "tools" to clean it up after. So she claims there's no water there. Never once did she apologize for the inconvenience, or that my 1930's original tile got scratched, or for ordering the wrong product. Completely unsympathetic to my situation.
