One time when I went in the store, I casually asked "why is the women's selection so limited?" And the Latino female manager gave my friend and I the worst attitude and had some rude remarks. Long story short, she lost valuable customers that have been shopping there for years. GET RID OF HER...should not be working because she has no respect for customers!
I'm a handicap women in my 50's. Have always gone to Hooks's for my shoes. But, last week I wanted to get a new pair of sandels for the our trip. Because the old ones were simply looking bad after five summers. I liked the Finn Comfort Made in Germany style. My husband went to pick them up for me. What makes me so angry is the fact that the cost is outragous. It cost me $ 216.41 with the plus sign of $25.00 added on because the solds have to be builded up on the one side so it will help me so I don't fall so easily. The total price came to $241.41 with tax. I think this is not fair to the people that need to wear supported shoes cause they wear no other shoe. How can you people live with yourself thinking that, these people with handicaps or with feet problems can only depend on high price shoes?
