I had never been to New York Nails til Oct.30...I'll admit I was satisfied w/the outcome....But 3 days later a nail fail off... I go bck 11/7/15 for a repair & polish change... Tina was doing a pedicure & the was finishing up a customer..& left mind you no one was there but myself waiting...never acknowledged me or anything....looked at me & walked out the door. I was already sitting for 25 minutes, so then I asked Tina how much longer, said 30 minutes... I just left...A LESSON LEARNED!!

The Salon is new and nicely decorated. They are very sanitary with their procedure. However they left me multiple time during my pedicure and manicure. It felt very rushed and not relaxing. I was looking forward to the massage during the pedicure and it was very minimal
Nails turned out ehh okay. But the woman doing my nails continued to talk to the one other employee in the room then proceeded to make a phone call in the middle of doing my nails and put it on speaker phone! Very unprofessional. Won't be returning
