        I called this shop to make an appt for my car and the guy talked me through my issue instead of just telling me to bring the car in right away. I did what he suggested on my own at home and it worked! Car is running just great! I spent $0 for his advice, but he definitely will get my business if I ever need it. That's how you get customers. Well done.
