I hired Kenneth owner of RKA. To install a water Meter at my residence, to gave the. City use it for water billing. I previously did not have a meter. The meter failed inspection and Kenneth refuses to come and correct the problem. Inspector said it did not pass inspection. Kenneth is waiting for the inspector to call him back. This is not the inspectors job. He needs to go down to the office and see why it didn't pass and fix it. I paid him the $1,000 he charged in full.
I should have waited for the inspection to take place.
