Quality Pools & Spas

Without a doubt, the worst customer service of our experience. We ordered a new hot tub cover through Spa Seal, who could not directly sell it to us, they referred us to Debbie at QP (free business!) who promised to pick up our old covers when they delivered the new one. We had three scheduled deliveries that never happened, then the cover was delivered without scheduling and without the old ones being picked up. I am quite uncomfortable that strangers delivered something to our home when we were not there. When we confronted Debbie about it, she threatened to call the cops. And hung up on us, twice. Please do not do business with Quality Pools & Spas. You WILL regret it.

I bought a pool pole here for $65.00. Afterwards I was in McGuckin's and found one for $49.00 Wow, that teal color on the one at Quality Pools and Spas must really be special. So, a few days later I tried to return the one from Quality pools and Spa's. It had remained in my car with plastic sleeve since I purchased it. The woman disagreed and said that the numbers written in black marker did not match the one on my reciept. She then took off the sleeve (the one that had been on it since it was placed in my car not done by me, as I DID NOT USE IT) ) and found a dent so she would not return it. WIll never go back there again! It's rare that you find something cheaper at McGuckin's I should have also remembered that you can find just about everything there before purchasing the overpriced teal pole at Quality!

I set up an appointment for them to service my spa. They told me to fill it up as the weather looked to be warm. I did so. The tech arrived and couldnt answer any of my questions. It was clear that he had no idea of how to service a spa. He had to call someone, as he didn't even know what to start with. He had to be explained each step what to try over the phone. My wife called to complain stating that we are paying, and expecting a competent service person. They wanted us to pay for a temp heater and winterization. We told them to stop "work" and that we weren't going to pay their trip charge. They billed us anyway on our card....Looks like small claims will have to solve this one.

These people are TERRIBLE. They sent out a technician who let my dogs out then ran out on the job before it was finished after realizing what he had done. Nevermind that we never received any paperwork or a bill of any kind (just a charge on a credit card) and I had to spend four hours chasing down dogs but they refused to reimburse any part of the charge! In the end I was charged $170 for them to change a filter and flip a switch, let my dogs out, leave the cover off, not drain the tub or fix the chemicals. Rude, unprofessional, fraudulent - beware!!!
