Customer service is the absolute worst. They open when they feel like it and they make you feel like you are bothering them.
If you are responsible and communicate respectfully and appropriately, you will have no issues with Balance Point Wellness. Friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere BUT here... the customer service is terrible... they never have full dosage of medicine... they will call you and tell you your medication is ready and then when you go to pick it up they have no idea what your talking about and nothing is ready for you... this is the most incompetent staff as a whole I have ever seen in my life. I need to pick up medication monthly for my epileptic son and NOT ONCE did I have a smooth trip... its always something... Im transferring immediately...
The owners of this place are both old and rude. It is all about the almighty dollar. When someone comes in to complain because their card was charged incorrectly for some kind of phone transaction, they roll their eyes and huff and puff. Employees are also rude only both young girls are nice, one pregnant other one was there shortly is now gone. Both older women are rude. I do not recommend this place. Arnold is worse than Harold but both are up there on the Ick! scale. I had to give this place one star...unfortunately.
**ZERO** Phone Support. I cannot even recall the last time I was able to reach somebody by telephone. I don't know whether or not they check their messages, but they certainly don't respond to them.I haven't had a live person any of the times ive called in the past year or so, calls usually go unanswered, no one seems to pick up the phone. When a client, I was assured I could get follow-up calls for future appointments (during my intake), then was involuntarily discharged for fees resulting from appointments missed because there were none of the agreed-upon follow-up calls (before I had a digital calendar, which I have now on my Smartphone). My diagnoses made it difficult for me to keep up with appointments (pre-digital calendar) even with paper reminders or wipe-erase calendars, so I was excited when told that follow-up calls the day prior was, quote, "No problem".The service itself was great, if you came there in-person and talked to someone face-to-face, you just have to have the time to do when you need information from them. I don't know if they don't have a receptionist or anyone to answer the phones and/or return calls, but if they ironed that out, I'd give them a 4/5.I love their locality, but it's hard to work with a business or company that has zero phone support. I don't have time to come in-person and get in their face and micromanage. No return emails, no return calls, which sends a message out loud and clear: We're not in this for our clients, nor people with disabilities in general.8 months of consistent calls and leaving messages, never reaching anyone, never getting a call back... Not exactly s "Accessible" as one might expect from a presumably A.D.A Compliant facility.
