        I was having trouble with my previous I.T. guy when I couldn't reach him ALL DAY and our business was down. I made ONE call to Executek and spoke to someone right away and filled-out their simple form and someone was on-site the same day within an hour.



        These folks mean what they say when they say quick response time. We have switched our entire contract to them and I feel better that we can reach someone anytime and our technician knows our environment (but he's not the only one we can call like last time!!)
