2 bedroom 2 bath w/ garage at Marquis Shoreline Apartments: I found some dead roaches in the laundry room which is in the kitchen during move in, the appliances are outdated plain white with no upgrades, I found mold in the living room, I was blocked in from illegal parking, the internet was very slow, crime is high in this area-check the crime app-assaults & theft. Overall the cost is too high for the old property built in 1980s the BBB rating is (F) lowest possible score and unhealthy living conditions with pests and mold. I contacted the CWS Management and they terminated my lease instead of removing the mold.
