Great services. Owners Eva and Michael work hard to please clientele. Have been going now for months for the foot massage. Be prepared! This is a whole body massage through clothing with a a foot soak and massage using oil. Cleanliness is a priority as is the consummate skill of staff. Rates are MORE than fair allowing the client to tip generously. Expanded hours and 7 days a week fit almost any schedule. I now have friends male and female who have become regulars. I cannot say enough about how wonderful QQ massage is and how it has added another affordable diminsion to my health.

I do construction work and was in pain everyday, after meeting Shannon.........If I had to describe a little bit of Heaven here on earth, in only 2 words it would be "Creative Balance". Let me elaborate just a bit. Shannon has it all together. She has created a very pleasant ambiance, comfortable and heated massage table, no outside noise, and very pleasant smells. And that is just the start. Shannon's massages are truly magnificent. And, she discusses before she starts exactly what you are looking for as part of her massage routine. She is very open to suggestions as to intensity, temperature of the room and table, if you have any trouble spots that need massage work, if you have any specific likes and/or dislikes etc. She wants it to be the best massage you've ever had. And the massage itself is amazing. Shannon's techniques are second to none. She is obviously a very well-trained professional. You certainly are, pun intended, in good hands with Shannon. She will not disappoint.

I consider Fran Richmond to be one of Colorado's, if not Auroras, BEST MASSAGE therapist around. I am not over stating this. I do fear leaving this info will make it harder to get an appointment though.She alone is responsible for getting my back out of extreme pain, and allowing my back to start healing itself. I saw Chiropractors, Physical therapists, acupuncturists and Osteopaths. NO ONE equaled what she was able to do for me. She HEALS. She is strong and knows her anatomy and trigger points, and is a deep tissue therapist, not a fluff therapist. She is intuitive when working on you, and seriously listens to you. She is also extremely knowledgeable in exercises to help your specific back problems, having a background as a top athlete in her past. So skip the physical therapist if your good at exercising on your own without a baby sitter. Her office is conveniently located, professional, and on first floor with easy close parking. Her massage room is relaxing, dimly lit, and she plays relaxing contemplative music unless your request something else. She also offers hot rock therapy, and is the only massage therapist out there that can offer tens electrical therapy (most chiropractors use this to relieve extreme pain quickly) at the same time she is massaging you. If you are like me and desperate for relief from pain, she is the person to see. Well worth every penny.

This location is rude and unaccomodating. In 10 years I have never been spoken to like that or not "worked with". Not well run either. I should know I used to work for a location. STAY AWAY The concept is great but unfortunately as this is a franchise the locations are only as good as the owners/mgmt.

Aspen Care's accounting office s incompetent at best. I rate Accounting a "minus one" and the care a "one". Some of the aides are helpful and nice, but the turnover is ridiculous. Unhappy employees, less than sanitary conditions. as you walk through the front door, the smell knocks you down, then it gets worse as you get deeper into the building.

I had a massage Friday and will never go back. My masseuse was very nice, but she had me literally crying out in pain throughout the entire appointment. She would apologize and then go back to jabbing her fingertips and elbows into all of my soft spots. By the end of the day, I felt like I had been injured in bad car accident. I wasted the rest of the weekend soaking in a hot bath trying to loosen up enough to move.At the end of my massage, the masseuse, was waiting for me in the hall with a brochure of services I really need at least every 2 weeks. There are check boxes on the brochure for all kinds of services and add-ons. She checked off every single box except for foot massage. Unbelievable. It was pure hustle. She explained that I REALLY need aroma therapy to help with my relaxation. Maybe what I really need is for my tender spots to be free of her elbows grinding into them.I was lead back into the reception area where I was hit with a blunt, quick talking sales pitch to buy a $59 per month membership - auto deducted from my checking account of course. She glossed over details on the actual benefits and just kept implying that I wouldn't have to pay for massages anymore. Not true. I just wanted to get away from that place, but apparently they are required to pick a big fight with guests before they will ring up your services. The girl was waving my credit card around while pressuring me about tipping the masseuse (25%)and buying the rip-off membership package. I repeatedly told her I didn't understand the membership benefits because she hadn't bothered to explain them, that I did not feel good and needed to get home. Any non-member walking out of that place with a relaxing buzz from a massage (which sadly was not me) is up for a rude awakening (literally) when they get to the front desk to pay. The hustle they put on you will immediately bring you right back to the stress and frustration you went there to eliminate. Great marketing strategy, geniuses.Lastly, as if it matters, I did not get the full amount of massage time I paid for. In retrospect, this likely mitigated the injuries I suffered. But for the record, I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I waited 5 minutes past my appointment time to be called back to another waiting room. After waiting there for a few minutes, I watched the masseuse escort another client out and then go in and out of the room several times (cleaning it up) before she took me in. By the time I was on the table getting massaged, I got 40 minutes of time.Never going back. Never
