Awful experience, and cancelled after 3 months.(a) Told me they were waiving the delivery fee to start my service. BIlled me anyway. Called them, and they said it was taken care of. Then got another bill and threat to cancel service. I called back, and they said they had no record of offering that, of me ever calling, and so wouldn't honor their prior commitment. (b) Have had trash fall out of truck onto road and then had to clean it up myself. (C) Reversed the trash/recycling containers so that "recycling" label is on larger container and "trash" label is on smaller container with green top (which signifies recycling). Resulted in being able to throw away much less trash per week. Called, and they said that is how they do it.(D) Called to cancel, and they want to now charge me about $85 to stop service and not prorate prepaid services. $10 more than what they told me about 3 months ago. WHat company charges you almost $100 to cancel service?? And doesn't prorate prepaid services?I'm so disgusted I am just going to take my own trash to the dump. Please learn from my mistakes.Oh, and they don't have an A+ from the BBB. I checked. They currently have an A- and mostly negative reviews.

Ordered a dumpster from them a week in advance to be delivered on the following Friday. Guys show up Saturday morning, no dumpster. Called Casella and the girl tells me,"oh yeah, it looks like we ran out of time yesterday but it's coming some time today." They never even called me to let me know. She said, "Oh, well someone should have.
They pick up my trash every other week, and I've ordered two dumpsters from them. Fair pricing, fast delivery, and the staff does a good job. The local driver is great.
This business deserves a rating of 0, I own a construction business and use many dumpsters per year. This past spring I started using casella,the very first container I ordered was delivered to the wrong address wich was completely their fault.I had workers waiting to load the dumpster at the house we were working at and it never showed.when I called them they insisted they delivered it hours ago and I had to argue with them that it was not there. They eventually realized they delivered to the wrong house on the other side of town,and their only concearn was the liability of getting the dumpster off of the wrong property before the owners came home from work.meanwhile it cost me two mens labor for 1/2 a day standing around. They fixed the problem not even offering an apology. but here is the worst part, when I called them to pickup the dumpster when it was full they claimed they could not get to it because there was a car in the way. the homeowners were home and said the driver never got out of the truck to ask them to move it.by the time they came out he was gone. they billed me an extra 150.00 dollars for a wasted trip fee.they also ended up being the highest price around on their dumpsters. when I complained to customer service they said they would look into it but just kept billing me.I finally paid them just to avoid there annoying phone calls.the moron from the rolloff division needs to be schooled in customer service, I would definately not recommend them to anyone.
