This business is a scam!!! They will get every piece of your personal information...copies of drivers license, social security numbers and than ask for escrow monies to send to a bank !!! than back out of their lying deal and keep your money. I learn the hard way, that YOU should never ever paid to have someone sell for you. But I am not through with these people...I know people with the FBI.
I've called them several times about one of their tenants abusing the shared drive way and parking two or more cars in front of their garage. This blocks my driveway. I've contacted the tenants who told me, "fuck off. and mind my own business." So i call JLE to complain about them restricting my freedom of movement. my car can not go in the garage, OR it's trapped inside. They tell me; i have to have them towed through my property manager. He says, "it's their tenant. JLE has to." I call them again, To tell them this information. They then tell me to call the police (non-emergency number) I do. The police say "JLE is the only one that can, since the driveway is PRIVATE PROPERTY." So i call JLE again to tell them this information. And while on the phone with JLE, the tenant yells at me, "you're a fairy. You're people make me sick. Sissy." etc. To which they don't even apologize for their tenants behavior. I have called them a total of 18 times in the last 6 months. I get absolutely no respect from MARTA on the phone, who seems to know the tenant personally (previous conversation) and REFUSES to help me with this issue. I fear my car insurance may sue me for fraud since i can't park in a "garage spot" for my insurance discount. AND IM HELD AGAINST MY WILL; to where my only option is to walk 12 miles to work, take a bus (3 hours early), or take a 35$ uber. For what? Because my neighbors at 2038 Orange can't follow the rules? They have 4 signs saying not to park in the driveway. JLE will not help or apologize for me being belittled and harassed. I want them to take care of their customer service, and to be respectful on the phone. This is a problem spanning over 8 months, i gave them two months to clean up their act before resorting to calling the tenants management. However, i can no longer sit idly while JLE and 2038 abuse my rights. I have the right to freedom of movement, and the right to my property. Both of which are being violated. I hope this no longer happens.
Horrible experience with them and I have not even moved in yet. Disorganized and completely unprofessional. Office does not provide help in an appropriate manner nor tone.

Lido is the best management company I have ever dealt with. These folks are true professionals and get back to you on the matters that need to be dealt with.
Lido is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. The maintenance people are rude and don't do there job and if they do come out to do anything they make it worse. Even the people that work in the office pretend that they care but they really don't. I recommend to never ever use them at all.
Bad manager services .. alot of complains from tenants . if only someone would bother to hear what we have to say about her .. poor manager skills . so imature not respectful neither responsible .. i understand its probably because of her age...
this place is a nightmare! been here for a few months now and i gotta say i need to jump ship as soon as i get my tax $,im outta here.cannot have any windows open during the day,especially at night due to the fact that everyone who passes through is a peeping tom here,kids running around everywhere,apartment overall is old,rent is very expensive,plus,we have to pay all the bills and thats unheard of! did i mention that the 395lbs manager(starts with an n) is a big,big bully? well she is! when i moved in,i was wondering why people are constantly moving from here,now i know why.
