Casa Madrid Apartments

I moved in in August with my boyfriend and another couple.

I have no idea who the f*** owns this place. Not the managers, that doesn't matter because they have new "managers" every month. But seriously whoever OWNS this property is a wallet (something that rhymes with caper) who doesn't care about a single tenant. And like all owners doesn't show his face.

We moved in a duel master apartment for a $1540 "special" and next month it is going up to $1740.

We have mini ants everywhere everyday even now in winter, a ghetto "new" dishwasher that was purchased as a cheap a** refurbished appliance (things are installed upside down/unusable), a dangerously expensive parking situation, and no relief from these stresses.

Whoever owns this property does not OWN their own parking lot… they vaguely explain the situation but basically an outside company owns the parking spots behind the gate that was put to protect the tenant's cars. So if you make a tiny mistake and forget your sticker or park back in the middle of the day in an empty spot too long, even if there is 10 other free spots… YOU WILL GET TOWED.

Basically someone who works for the local towing company, To 'n Mo, also jerks, either lives here or works with the individual who owns the parking because they make sure to tow as quickly as possible and charge anywhere from $200-$400 to just get your car back. By the way, the price changes every time you pick up your car depending on their mood or how attractive you are, but they're always super mean so expect the worse.

I've never had my car towed, thank goodness, but my roommates' car has been towed a total of 4 times in 6 months! Yesterday it was towed, the day after we payed rent, how the f*** is that suppose to get paid? How about I don't pay next month cause you took all my money, the rest is for food. Each time happened very quickly for no good reason. If theres at least 2 more free spots the why the hell tow someone like they're in the way? And there have been anywhere from 2-10 free spots open in the back every night since before thanksgiving.

You can go cry and complain to the office but they can't help, they don't even own the parking. Just make those suckers give you a ride to work when you realize that your car is gone, its the least they can do. I'm sure Casa Madrid gets some sort of compensation from the tows, you know they do or they wouldn't let someone else harass their tenants.

I'm just tired of the money grubbing… Move somewhere else, I swear you can find somewhere better… this place only LOOKS nice but everything else is BULLS***.

Don't even both moving in and trying to ask for maintenance or help with the little things that are wrong… they use to help right away, when we were new. Now they have better things to do. And the little things piled up and cause bigger problems.

I'm posting this on other sites because I'm dead serious. I will also be posting once a month until I move.

They can take my money for the next 6 months but I'm going to show as much as I can how terrible they are to the people who PAY to live here. I'm not surprised tho, I haven't met a decent apartment owning corporation since I started renting. Wallet (something that rhymes with caper) that smile through their lies.
