Your Management Group

This is the worst a realtor company ever. Upon moving and I was told that everything would be fixed within 7 days, no one ever came out. once they did months later, the guy was very rude and aggressive. More major problems ame about: water leak(s), pipes clogging, even an electrical problem which caused a fire in my daughter's bedroom, doors and windows not sealed, plus the central heat and air did not work. After numerous calls and nothing I gave a 30 day notice that I would be moving out. The next day I had received a paper from the court. After moving out I was I told her I would be responsible for problems with home and that they never received any complaints. the lady now comes by and call my job every week with more compensation claims for damages. This is a total nightmare.....

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. When I call and complain, the owner gets snippy with my and hangs up on me. She has the worst attitude I have ever seen. I have had to get a restraining order on one of their subcontractors for being aggressive towards me and cursing at me in front of my small children. I have had trash left in my yard almost every time they come to my home. My ceiling has been leaking in my kitchen, and from speaking with previous tenants, I have found out that it has been leaking for at least 3 years...which means, more than likely there is mold. However, they failed to mention to me anything like this. There are parts of the home that are not even painted, and they tell me that its not up to my standards and that saying the paint job was not done properly is "my opinion." There is a chunk of my kitchen 1.5ft x 3.5 ft that is still the previous color. How is that up to ANYONE'S standards? If they want "my opinion" it is to NEVER, EVER....i mean EVER deal with this absolutely unprofessional "management group."
