I have never been treated so poorly by medical staff in my life. After waiting 2 1/2 months to receive a follow up call to schedule my new patient appointment I was finally contacted and told they would not see me until December (it's May 5th). I explained that I recently moved to CO and have lupus and currently having a flare. I explained that I had previously declined medication due to pregnancy and nursing, but needed to see a Dr as soon as possible to asses the proper medications to help treat me. Since my previous Dr is in CA, it is not an option to see them.I was put on the phone with Julie Roberts who did nothing but belittle my situation, overtalk, interrupted, and displayed the most grotesque behavior I have ever seen come from a professional. She argued with me and was combative. After attempting to try and speak SEVERAL times, I become so frustrated and told her that her behavior was inexcusable and completely out of line and I would not tolerate it. Her response was that the office couldn't meet my needs, and good luck finding a dr. At that point, I told her she was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with in the medical field and told her to go fuck herself! If this practice tolerates this behavior and treatment from their staff, I can't even imagine how they treat you as a patient. The Drs at this office should seriously look into their staff. Julie Roberts is the office manager and her responsibility should be to hear patients concerns and work to find a solution. I would never pay money to get treated at this facility.

She did an excellent job identifying the root problem and prescribing a range of exercises that expedited the healing and strengthening process. In addition to Meggie, everyone at GSPORTS does a great job focusing on the patients and ensuring your needs/goals are met
Very unprofessional. Been going to them for 1 year and have gotten worse NOT better. It seems the later in the day you go, the lazier they are and try to do as little as possible. About once every 3-4 months someone actually works on you but the next day you are horribly bruised and hurting worse than you were. They also seem to double bill for appointments.
I don't recommend this place. They call and cancel your appointment because someone wants to go home. Front desk staff is not professional.
I highly recommend Ascend Physical Therapy. I worked with Heather and she patiently listened to all of my concerns. I was impressed with her in-depth knowledge, both in her verbal explanations and her gentle therapeutic touch. With her physical therapy and easy to understand home exercises, I immediately started feeling better. She took care of everything, including: working with the insurance company, prompt return of phone calls and flexible scheduling. I felt very comfortable trusting her with my care and attribute my full recovery to her. I have no doubt that anyone I refer to her will have a similar experience.
I enjoy every staff member at this facility. The treatment I obtained was very theraputic and my pain vanished! I love you guys to pieces!
Billing was a nightmare. I was frequently double billed and there were occasions where they didn't bother to submit it to insurance. The therapists seem to be short term and my kids had multiple therapists so they made no progress. Please find somewhere else for you children.
The staff at Spectrum Rehab is beyond amazing. They really listen to all of my concerns and address my questions with the right answers. I am so happy I was referred to them.
WORSE practice in medical history! My appointment was cancelled against my wishes because i called to confirm my appointment as a responsible adult should. They said since I have medicaid as a secondary insurance they cannot take me because Dr. Cristescu won't accept it. I saw Dr. Cristescu once 2 years ago and their office policy states that since I saw him once I have to stay with him and cannot be switched to another doctor. I do remember he was a very poor doctor. He was not knowledgeable and he hurried me out as if he had better things to do than tend to his patients. To put the cherry on top, their receptionist lost my original medical records and now I have to request them all over again from NIH and Johns Hopkins, I also have to pay to have them released...again. If I could put zero stars to this review I would.
I want to start by saying I wish I could rate them much higher then 5 stars. I am a military spouse and I had moved here while my husband was deployed so I figured it was going to be a challenge to find a excellent physical therapy clinic to help with my lower back issues, see I have been on and off with therapy for years because I have never found any place to give me the care and treatment I needed and fwlt I deserved. From the moment I walked into this place till my very last day (around 5 months/2-3 times a week) these people were friendly, professional, inspiring, helpful and would do anything they could possible to help you with your therapy. I worked with all 3 therapist (Tracy, Molly & Ralph) but I worked mostly with Tracy. I went in and explained to Tracy everything I wanted to get from my physical therapy and he went way above and beyond to help me succeed that goal. There isn't enough words i could use to thank these wonderful people for all their help. I don't think I will ever find a physical therapy office to be greater then Health work Rehab. I have the highest of expectations of a Physical Therapy clinic after going to Healthwork. I hate that I had to move back to texas. HEALTHWORKS REHAB EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!
