Sunshine Disposal

Sunshine disposal has to have some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, with sighs of uhhh...hold for a sec, uhhh...let me check on that, umm...no you didn't sign up for that service (accompanied by a condescending tone). The problem is this issue is with more than one of the customer service reps. Yes, there are multiple with the same attitude. It must be a prerequisite to get the job, either that or this is the overall company morale. Also, if they ever tell you they will give you a call back you better not hold your breathe! They will leave you hanging and you will eventually be the one calling them back. If there was another disposal option besides driving 30 miles to the nearest dump I would have already done something. I guess that's the price you pay for living in a rural area where businesses monopolize and take advantage of the limited services available. I had much better service in Tacoma for half the price, plus I didn't have to take my trash can a half of a mile to get my trashed picked up either. My suggestion is if you have another option, take it.
