I wouldn't bother with Woodstock Lock & Safe again. Craig the owner is an angry, arrogant, argumentative, rude, insecure old man, with an enormous chip on his shoulder. He acts like this glib, sarcastic "industry veteran” who treats his customers as though he’s doing THEM a favor. Just listen to his demeanor when he talks to you, it's obvious that he hates his life and he doesn't respect people. He's a tiny fish in a huge ocean. Plenty of other better locksmiths around. Absolute Lock in Saugerties was friendly and reasonable, so they're my locksmith from now on.
