Just To Serve You

Ordered a tray of potatoes a month ago and paid early for a special occasion, hour before its time to pick up, I get a call stating can I come 1/2 hr to a hour later to pick up, informed I needed items I ordered at 1pm, potatoes not ready and gave me rice instead. I was very disappointed. I believe it was unprofessional, rude and don't care about customers. I will not be patronizing this restaurant any more. Staff need to be more professional also.

This place sucks as a business. When they first opened up they were ok. Now I guess they think that they can do whatever they want to. Such as not answer the phone use the f' word threatening each other with violence in front of the customers stand around when customers are trying to order. WHERE IS THE OWNER OR MANAGER. If you order please check your bag, because they will short you. All employees should take a course in hospitality. FOR REAL. I was shorted on my beef ribs and they did not even answer the phones after calling over and over and over { well you get the point } Service was less then disappointing. I will tell my friends never to go there or my many organizations that I am a part of.
