        Poor Poor Customer Service!!!

        Lets just say 5inches of burnt hair, and no refund. Oh wait and you asked for what you received. Oh wait and Cassandra spent 5hrs trying to please you! If I could post a pic of the end result you would cry for me. Owner was rude and very unprofessional business practices.
