I would NEVER use this company again to either rent from or to manage my property. As a renter I experienced nothing but unprofessionalism. She made us look bad to the homeowner and made the homeowner look bad to us. She lost our checks multiple times in one month and still charged late fees. Very unprofessional management company.

Robbie Scott was the leasing agent who rented to me years ago when I was a renter in 2003 before she had her own company. Time went by and I became a homeowner. When I needed my own leasing agent, I went back to the company she had represented. Her former employer would not disclose any information except to say she was no longer with them, so I began searching for her on the internet. That is how Important Robbie was to me because I knew as a Landlord, she would take care of my property in a professional manner, yet compassionate as well. You see, the company my husband worked for went bankrupt while we were her tenants and I was only working part-time so we were late on rent a few times. In fact, we depleted our retirement in order to make ends meet but we did it. She didn't dive in with threats but she still stood firm. I know Robbie from both sides of the coin. She never once told me my landlord's names or even what state they were from when I was a tenant. Now that I am the homeowner, I know she is one in whom I can trust, whether it is with my personal information or if there is a hardship with the tenant, she will get the job done in a decent yet professional manner. I recommend Robbie Scott Leasing and Property Management whether you are the homeowner or the tenant. She and Debra make a great team.

Very unprofessional property management company to list or lease from.

Delynn was utterly rude and lacked proper communication skills during our brief interaction. I spoke with her two weeks prior and when I reached out to her again (she failed to follow up), she acted as if we had never spoken. Furthermore, if you have a breed of dog that she has never heard of, then she will treat you as if you own a vicious dog and proceed to be condescending about the matter. I will purposefully avoid properties that are represented by this company, as I refuse to deal with outright unprofessionalism. Look elsewhere!
