        I have been going to Rex VII for years!! Penny, (the owner) does my hair. I'm willing to drive 50 miles just to get a hair cut from Penny. What she can do with my lifeless hair is amazing. I know when I get my haircut from Penny it will last. I have always left feeling like a million bucks!!!
